Welcome to RadiologiQ, a mobile application and digital platform operated by RadiologiQ, LLC (“RadiologiQ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile apps, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Purpose of the Service

RadiologiQ provides clinical decision-support guides and educational tools for radiology professionals.
The Service is intended to assist, not replace, professional medical judgment. It is not a diagnostic or patient-care system.

All medical decisions remain the responsibility of the healthcare provider.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, and

  • Be a licensed healthcare professional, or a trainee under supervision.

By using RadiologiQ, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Medical Disclaimer

  • RadiologiQ is for educational and informational use only.

  • It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any condition.

  • You should not rely solely on RadiologiQ for clinical decisions.

  • Always verify findings and exercise independent judgment.

RadiologiQ, LLC disclaims all responsibility for any harm or loss arising from reliance on the app’s content or recommendations.

4. Accounts and Registration

RadiologiQ does not require user accounts or logins.
The app runs entirely on your device, and we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or usage information.

If you purchase the app or a subscription, your payment is processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).
RadiologiQ, LLC receives only confirmation of purchase status and does not have access to your payment details or identifying information.

5. Free and Paid Services

RadiologiQ offers both free and paid subscription versions.

a. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple or Google account.

  • Fees, durations, and renewal terms are displayed in the app store listing.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

b. Cancellations

You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription.

c. Refunds

All refunds are managed according to Apple’s or Google’s refund policies.
RadiologiQ, LLC cannot issue refunds directly.

6. License and Intellectual Property

RadiologiQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or professional purposes in compliance with these Terms.

All content, data, images, and code in RadiologiQ are owned by or licensed to RadiologiQ, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its content;

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;

  • Use our name, logos, or branding without prior permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for unlawful or unauthorized purposes;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;

  • Introduce malware, exploit bugs, or disrupt functionality;

  • Misrepresent your professional status or credentials.

Violation of these Terms may result in termination of your license to use the app.

8. Privacy

Your use of RadiologiQ is governed by our Privacy Policy.
RadiologiQ does not collect, store, or share personal data. The app operates entirely on your device and does not communicate with RadiologiQ servers.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We may update or modify features from time to time.
RadiologiQ, LLC reserves the right to change or discontinue parts of the Service without notice.
We are not liable for interruptions, loss of data, or technical issues beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law:

  • RadiologiQ, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including medical errors, loss of data, or loss of profits.

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty, express or implied.

If liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RadiologiQ, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services;

  • Violation of these Terms; or

  • Violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to RadiologiQ at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Upon termination, your right to use the app immediately ceases.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
